Get support

Meet yourself where you are.

You do not have to be in difficulty to belong here. Lebona runs on a tiered model, preventive tools first, a professional when you want one, and an honest hand-off to urgent care when that is what's needed.

The tiered model

Three levels of support, and you choose the entry point

The intake form asks which of these you want, and routes you accordingly. You can move between them at any time.

Tier 1 · Free

Proactive self-growth

Stress management, resilience building and personal development. Daily tools, screenings and skill-building content, no coordinator needed, no wait, no cost.

Tier 2 · Low barrier

Groups & coordinator check-in

Facilitated peer circles and affordable group workshops, or a short check-in call with a care coordinator to work out what would actually help.

Tier 3 · Clinical

One-to-one therapy

Regular sessions with a verified psychologist, matched to your language, gender preference and preferred approach. Individual, couples or teens.

If you need support right now

None of the above is fast enough for a crisis, matching is manual and takes 24–48 hours. Call your national helpline directly: Ethiopia 952 · Kenya 1190 · Rwanda 116.

01 · Human-guided professional care

Professional support, shaped around you

Verified psychologists in Ethiopia, Kenya and Rwanda, matched by a human care coordinator to your language, gender preference and preferred approach. By voice, video, messaging or in person.

Individual

For anxiety, low mood, grief, trauma, purpose, confidence, work and study stress, or a specific decision you need to think through with someone who isn't involved.

Couples

Communication, trust after a breach, conflict, intimacy, money, in-laws, parenting differences, or working out honestly whether to continue.

Teens (13–17)

School pressure, bullying, family conflict, identity, self-harm and low mood, with an adolescent specialist, and clear boundaries agreed with parents from day one.

How we get the match right

Language, not translation

You are matched with someone who works natively in your language. Feeling is hard enough to describe in your first language.

Verified against national boards

Kenya Counsellors & Psychologists Board, Ethiopian Ministry of Health, Rwanda Allied Health Professions Council, checked before onboarding, re-checked annually.

Style, not just specialism

Gentle or direct, flexible or structured. Getting this wrong is the most common reason people quit therapy in the first month.

Free to change

If the fit is wrong, one message to your coordinator gets you another introduction. No fee, no explanation, no awkwardness.

02 · Support groups

Some things are only believable from someone who's lived them

Small circles of six to ten people, held weekly by a trained facilitator, open across all three countries. First names only. Join by phone or video.
