Remote-first within Ethiopia, with monthly in-person team days in Addis Ababa. We pay at market for the sector and are explicit about it in the first conversation.
Carry a caseload of individual clients across messaging and video, contribute to our clinical protocols, and take part in weekly group supervision. MSc in clinical or counselling psychology and registration required; two years' post-qualification experience preferred.
